how can i control the field pattern of log Periodic Antenna which can point any direction in horizontal plane? which factor can decide it?thanks!

The gain is set by the taper angle and the number of elements per length. You are pretty much stuck with the pattern. These arrays are mechanically rotated to change the radiated direction.
