ads pls help

i have the data sheet s - par. of ATF36077 BUT THERE NOT FOUND IN ADS Liberary ,how i add it

You can put the s2p file in your project directory, then in the schematic window open the drop down menu to "DATA ITEMS" (Upper left side).
Then pick the proper X port symbol. (.s2p --> S 2, .s1p--> S 1).
Double click the symbol and at the file name put you S-Par file.

based on bias cndition you choose ,download s parameter from agilent,.then add it to ads using 2 port s parameter item.

Beware of the header format:

# GHz S MA R 50.00

without this, it will not work even though you have the complete set of S-parameters. MA is magnitude and angle, it can be in other format.
