hi ads help pls

i have ads,is the nonlinear of atf36077 operate at 1.5 v,10 m amp,but i don't know the vgs,at all,can i use the two port text file that i make it,in the simulation in the nonlinear simulation,it has biasing differ from the actual nonlinear module of that amp.pls help what i use ,the nonlinear or the two port one module,thanks

Just put the Drain to ground, 1.5V on the Source, and Vary
the gate from -10V Up untill you get 10mA going through
the 1.5V supply. When you read 10mA you know that
that is the correct bias condition.

I use FET_CURVE_TRACER in template. Vgs for you bias point is about -0.250 Volts. The file I have attached is a zap file, you can try.
