I just began to simulate RF circuits by spectraRF. Could you suggest some good tuition documents for simulating LNA and Mixer?

Look and see CMOS RF Integrated Circuit course at Technical University of Denmark. http://www.oersted.dtu.dk/personal/pa/31636/ There are several handouts and lab samples using Cadence including LNA and Mixer that you are look for.

The Cadence IC has a lot RFIC design examples. Look at the Cadence document and the example. You will be familiar with the Cadence RFIC design tool.
