RF Switch

how to implement PIN diode RF switch using microstrip?
i mean implementation of RF choke and DC Block component

DC Block with capacitor (for example 1,8 GHz 10 pF),
RF Chook with λ/4 Microstrip Line depend on PCB (Laminate thickness, Line width and length) or with C-L-C configuration.
