components in microwave band

hello there,

my question is...
in microwave band typically 1.3 ghz ...imean in the design can i use normal resistors and capacitors and inductors in the design at this high frequency ?

because ive found a wireless transimitter in this band and i found resistorsand capacitros in the schematic but not sure what to order ? any suggestions?

At this frequency surface mount ones will work. Double check the data sheets for parameters such as self resonant frequency.

If this is a through hole design the construction and part selection is very tricky and beginners will invariably not be able to make the project work.
