Calculus of microstrip (MS) antennas

Haw can I calculate a micro strip antenna?
Serenade (Ansoft) made micro strip Antennas simulations?

Serenade is not good.
I made a simulation about GPS microstrip antenna at 2.4G using IE3d, it seems good with test data.

hi ,i am not agree with u that ie3d fail to get good accuracy with finite groud i.e. quasi yagi
try to use fdtd in that simulaion but good simulation with gps

IE3d is good for determining microstrip antenna's resonance frequency and input impedance, also good for simulating microstrip structure devices,i.e.power divider and coupler. But fail to get wide-angle pattern. If want obtain an accurate pattern plot, use HFSS with PML boundary.

hi,i agree with u,u can also use fidelity to obtain good radiation pattern that u use PML layers
are u interest in hfss with PML,are u have any simluated antenna that use it,i need it so much
