DRO transistors models

Hi,
I want to build a DRO round 11 GHz, and I have some transistors ATF26884, and ATF13736 but i don't have the nolinear model to put in the simulator only S parameters.
Can anybody tell where I could find them

no the transistors are ATF-26884 and ATF-13136 or ATF-13736
there are old transistors from HP, I have the S parameters files but the models for this transistors is not avaible on the web page of the constructor.
