I have some questions about HMC308.
1.There is two capacitors in the HMC308,does that mean i shouldn't connect external capacitors to the RF in and RF out pins?and what is the value of the two capacitors in the HMC308?
2.In ADS simulation,i use s2p file of HMc308 and no external capacitors,then the output signal contains DC signal though there is capacitors in the HMC308,why?
