reference oscillator for phase lock loop

hello,
i want to implement a phase locked loop for the voltage control oscillator at frequency of 2.2 Ghz for that purpose i need a reference frequency for the phase comparision i prefer crystal oscillator as the reference because of it's stability now i want to know the maximum crystal frequecy avaiable also the company name form where i can purchse this

Look in parts catalogs for off the shelf parts. Common frequencies are 10 MHz, 13 MHz, 16.8 MHz, 19.2 MHz.
