400mhz transistor

Hi , I want to design a Tx/Rx Rf-end module among 350MHz--400MHz
could someone introduce some transistors or FETs for me for desiging LNA(G=15dB,Nf<1dB)and PA(G=40dB,P1dbout=36dBm), Greatly thanks!
