Dear all,
I have tried to draw the spiral inductor in CMOS technology. I am using ASITIC software created by berkeley university. However, I found the newest ver. is 11/5/01. Does it any newer version could download? If yes, where is the homepage address?
Moreover, does it any inductor model generator software could provide more accurte model? Could you introduce to me? Because the ASITIC could not generate the model of the pattern shielded inductor. Thanks
