Let's be frank! If you kept under the pillow for 6 months David Pozar's book "Microwave Engineering" you will do fine.
The depth of questions will depend on the position of RF Designer for which you are applying. The more number of years of experience required for the position, the more details of the questions. For positions with three years of experience or less, the following questions are typically asked:
1. Basic microwave concepts: S-Parameters, impedance matching, etc.
2. Basic design concepts: amplifiers, oscillators, filters, etc.
3. Basic microwave measurements: Network Analyzer, Spectrum Analyzer, etc.
4. Basic microwave software: ADS, or Genesys, or Microwave Office, etc.
5. Basic communication concepts: Modulation.
6. Knowledge on other useful software: Autocad, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.).
Hope it helps.
Thanks for your help.
