what questions one can expect in an interview who is having an 1 year experience in ARM processor,C. how should he prepare for the
interview?

The memory and interfaces it had would be good for starters.
Then it is mostly going to be based on the position you're applying. Most would be interested in how you debugged issues that you faced and any specific issues you had faced/debugged.
