mento carlo ads

i am design a LNA with @DS recently, now i need to analyze the Fast, Slow, and Typical case of the MOSFET in order to find out impact of these three case on the total
LNA circuit. I am using TSMC0.18 process. But I do not know the details of Mento Carlo analysis setup in @DS. i wonder who will tell me or give me a document about Mento Carlo analysis in @DS.
