help: tsmc ads design kit needed.

hi everybody:

where can i find the tsmc ads design kit? i only have tsmc's .18 rf model, and it seems that it is a little bit difficult to import.


and ,if i have the net files of the model, how can i use it ? import? thanks

Try to search this forum for the .18um TSMC ADS design kit.

If you have the .net files, you can use it by the "Netlist Include" component to include the models. (The "Netlist Include" locates at the menu: DynamicLink => Add Netlist File Include, trying to follow the documentation to use it.)
