What's the difficulty of LNA design?

To make balance between
Power consumption, Stability, NF, Gain, Matching, Linearity, Chip area, ESD, ......

i think that is noise figure...

Should we concern much about low-power deisign of RF circuits?

If you can lower down the power consumption of LNA to 1mW, than it is worth trying.
