waveform format conversions

How to convert waveform format SST2 to psf?
I have run a PLL simulation using UltraSim with default waveform format of SST2. I can view the waveform in SimVision but can't do DFT analysis. So can I convert the SST2 format waveform file to psf waveform format? Are there some conversion tools?
