about ads model

How to include the mos model in my design in ads?

what i did was insert the parameters of one model in one design, saved it as a 'reference design' which can be re-use again.
not sure whether it's the right way. perhaps someone can enlighten us on this.

I did it like that also. But I get a library model, I want to include to my design

in data items menu u can find netlist include tool
use it to include the file u want
and in this file write the models

when u use the MOS transistor . wirte in its model , the model name in the file
