i just finished a 4 carriers 40 W power amplifier design, and this kind of digital predistorter is easily realized in the 800MHz, 900MHz, 1900MHz, 2140MHz wireless communication band, the DPD platform is the same and only need to change a part of device; the improvement of the linearity is 14dB,in chinese TD_SCDMA system, i use the analog PD technology,the improvement of the linearity is 4dB,i believe this technology's future is brightness and now i find the investor to invest this production!
