storm rf cables

Hi,

It will be really helpful if anybody could tell me where I could find some good RF cables for antenna measurements. The cables have to be flexible and should be good upto 10GHz.

Thanks

I have bought some cables from miniCircuit and S.M. Electronics. MiniCircuit has some warranty but there is limited type. S.M. Electronics' price is good, and has all kinds of cables.

Many RF and Microvawe workers often calls instruments "good" instead its real specific caractiristic.
What "good" cable mean? cheaper, low loss, phase stable, torsion resistant, or what?

Also, often user ask for "flexibility" but really ask for for a "plastic formable" behavior. Flexible means bendable but with a little spring effect.

GoreTex is market leader, the most expensive and has an exensive range of cable type from cost effective to very expensive.

Suhner has maily two type: the light blu and the dark blu coloured. The latter is more bendable, more phase stable, more expensive.

Other companies have performat products, like Insulated Wire, Times, Storm and they are a litte bit cheaper but their products are more flexible (so they have a little sping effect)

Try MEGAPHASE They have a good cable for a low price!

Cheers

andrew cable is good, the website is www.andrew.com,but it is expensive!
good lucky

Andrew family FSJ is electrically very similar to Gore family G7 at 1/10 of the cost.
But all Andrew family cables are specified for one or few bends.
