Starting Microwave Engineering

hi friend !
i have to prepare for a comptitive exam and in it i have to study Microwaves. the syllabus is as follows:

Microwave Engineering

Microwave Tubes and solid state devices,
Microwave generation and amplifiers,
Waveguides and other Microwave Components and Circuits,
Microstrip circuits,
Microwave antennas,
Microwave Measurements,
MASERS LASERS;
Microwave Propogation.
Microwave Communication Systems-terrestrial and satellite based.

Please suggest me books to complete ths syllabus.
