Hello All,
I read somewhere that oscillations occuring at ambiant temperature on a component become more important when decreasing the temperature.
Can anyone explain me why.
Thx.

This is a complex task. In general at low temperatures the gain of some active components is going up, making the device to be potential unstable, for example for different input levels, or different source/load impedances.
am not getting the kind of oscillations u mean those of the atoms and their electrons or what? but then i know when the temp of a conductor is reduced its vibration reduces n oppasite for a senmiconductor
