Help me build a 10.7-12.7 GHz LNA

I have to build (on my university project) LNA 10.7-12.7Ghz S21>25dB Nf<0.6dB, V= +-3V(using Microwave Office). I tried to use bfp740f Tr. but it has to much noise on this freq. Next was NE3210S01 but this model (i got it from nec page) didnt work corectly. Im in deep trouble. Could someone give my any advice, Tr. model or schematic how to build this project. I will by very gratefull. THX

You can focus on Agilent Ultra Low Noise PHEMT, such as ATF36077 or ATF36163, and you need to build two stage LNA.

the nonlinear model of NE3210 not acurtae in noise analysis , if u want to do noise analysis use the s parameters in the web site
check the NE2700 and NE32500 the noise figure about 0.45db at 12GHz
and NE3503M04

use the s2p files

note " i had this project a year ago ,, and also the nonlinear models for this tarnsistor gives a very starnge noise performance , most of the ppl told me to use the S2p files"

if u have the equipments try to extract the s2p files by urself by using network analyzer and noise source
