how to use a .net file for Ads?

I got a .net model file, and want to simulater my schematic in @ds. How to use it?

Somebody tell me to import the file. While after import, I got a schematic with all the devices array in it, but all the devices have no model parameters. I copy one to my schematic and simulate, @ds report error for can not find model.

I added a "netlist include"compent, and set the "model library file" to the .net file. Then change the MOS devies model name to the model name according the file. But it report the following error:
