pls help with this circuit...urgent

hi everybody. i'm doin a thesis project to design a 2meter band PA with an output power of 100 watts. i haVE A circuit which has an output of 20 watts.. i need to cascade it to get 100 watts. the circuit is attached below. please tell me how to cascade this circuit to reach 100 watts. thank you

Just build another stage similar to this one, select a transistor that can handle 100W output power, and increase the supply voltage from 12V to, say, 28V or higher ..
