Please can you anyone guide me How to get S2P files for Avago Technologies ATF54143 Transistor.

There is ADS model file here..

I am looking for S2P file for Avago Technology Transistor ATF54143 for different values of Vds and Ids. Please guide me where I will get S2P parameter for above mentioned transistor for different values of voltages and curren.
