my question :
design a couple line coupler and it's coupling factor is 3 db.
and when i used the foumula @page 388 ,microwave engineer by pozar ,then i accroding the solution to simulate in @DS and i can't find the right condition.
can anybody give me some advice or reference to study?thanks.
and my substrate is

bcb (er=2.7)
cond2 (cond=4.1e7 )
Al2O3 (er=9.9)
