max1834 circuit
I got a
(1) 1.8V / 45mA logic signal ("Hi"),
(2) 2.8V constant voltage source
how can I transform 1.8V / 45mA logic signal into 2.6V / 10mA(Max)
by the simplest circuit (supposed digital transistor)?
Could any expert advise which component I can use ?
Thanks for your kindly help.
Use Maxim low-voltage step-up converters such as MAX1832 or MAX1834 ..

Thanks, IanP.
Is there any more easy way to do it ?
Like digital transistor EMD9 (Rohm) or ...?
Your kindly help I'd really appreciate it.
You can build an oscillator based on 2 BJTs (digital transistors without resistor between base and emitter) and put the output (any of collectors) through a voltage doubler with a 2.7V zener diode in parallel with the load ..
This circuit should be able to run of as low as 1.5V ..

I'm sorry I lost some information to you.

To make an invertor is ok.
