Suggest me an IC for RFID Active Tag

I would like to develop LF active tag (125kHz - 134kHz). I am looking for suitable IC's. Can anyone help me ?

u can try cc1100 which from Chipcon,A 51mcu is include in the IC.

Try Microchip, they have a lot of RFID IC's for this and also application circuits.
