a question about asitic!

hi,

I want to realize a spiral inductor with asitic,and have gotten the pdk

of the foudry in which we will tape the chip out .

now i have some problems that there are 73 files in pdk .if i want to

find the parameters in technology file of asitic,such as thickness of chip,and so on,
which one i should look up?

In technology file of asitic ,there is a layer called 'msub',which i consider as

a layer that ground shielding structure in, but this layer is in epi layer ,

while ground shielding structure should be in oxide layer ,is it right?

why ?
