What are the effects of unmatched devices in differential LNA?

in differential LNA,,,if the devices are not matched..what kind of problem might occur aprat from CM disturbances...?

u mean the differential pair are not matched

the main problem that each device will amplifiy the half of the signal with different gain , and may be the phase of the two output wave froms will be different

and the CM will not be the same

If a differential LNA is not matched, Noise Figure could be high and Gain could be low.
