qusetions about design a class C PA

hi,
Would anyone which have information regarding the design of Class C Power Amplifier, please post them?
I want design a RFIC CLASS C power amplifier use MOSFET , the output power is 1W.

Question : 1. consider of the breakdown of MOSFET, should I use the power MOSFET?
2.because there is no spectrl RF can do large scale match analyse, how can I design the input match ?

3. from a paper, it said that the capacitance between the bulk and the drain is very importent, why ?
