How to resolve Advanced Design System Error

I am getting error, when I run ADS simulation. I have taken ATF54143 S2P file attached and run it. I am getting s2p file error, input file is either inaccessible or has no data available. When I attach the same s2p file to other schematic, it is working nicely. Can you help me to resolve this problem.
