75 MHZ Oscillator problem

I made an LC oscillator at 75 MHZ ,but the problem that when i simulated it on Orcad capture i found its Amplitude peak is 3V , but when i implemented it on PCB and test it in LAB on both the spectrum Analyzer and Digital CRO i found the Siganl freq. same but the Amplitude is just 140mV peak ! ! (I expect 3V as i simulated it)

So , What is problem exactly , why the Amplitude decreased , Can any one help me please !

Your problem is that SPICE models are not that accurate. Try increasing the feedback factor.

Maybe you did not consider the loading effect. When you connect the osc. to a spectrum analyzer with 50ohm impeadance, you should also simulate it in spice with 50ohm load.
