tsmc ads model

When I use TSMC's MOSFET &BJT, the programe gives me messge:
"M! is an instance of an undefined model ' TMSC_CM018RF_BB_model_nch',"
Please give me some advise, thanks!

TSMC provides ADS models and Agilent has developped PDK used with ADS. You can get them from the foundry.

did u put on the schematic , the library include component , which is like the substaret

Yes I already added that Process Symbol and my design kit version is 2.0. Any suggestions?
