Hello, I want to simulate a LNA using TSMC 0.18um technology file. How can I import this library and use it for simulating LNA?!
You need a PDK (or iPDK) for this, against registration and an NDA. Did you already check with KEYSIGHT?
I have a zip file that contains some folders but I don't know how to import it so as I can use it.I use ADS 2009.
Downloading/installing a PDK is not something a user does on a daily basis. Ask around, someone at your company/university is probably in charge of this task.
