spiral inductor sharply decrease the 1dB compression point

i am design a LNA with ADS. While simulating, i find that the output 1dB compression point drops from 12dBm to about 8.5dBm after i substituting the ideal lumped inductor with the real spiral inductor provided by the design kits.
it frustrates me. my lna topology is below. anyone knows how to cancel the nonlinearity caused by the nonlinearity of spiral inductor?
