Looking for 13.56 MHz crystal for RFID reader

i m working on a RFID reader...which works in 13.56 Mhz.....
i cant find a crystal of tat frequency....... is there any possibility of working if i use 14mhz instead or? can i design one of tat freq ?

If you use 14MHZ your reader will not be in the license exempt ISM band and will probably be an illegal radio transmitter.

There are plenty of companys that will cut a quartz crystal to a frequency you specify.
In the UK there is quartzlab.
