universities offering M.S. on RADAR?

Hi,

I want to know if there are any universities in the U.S./France/Germany that offer an MS specifically in RADAR design (specially Synthetic Aperture Radar)? What other choice might I have? Which schools are better than the others and why?

At KU, assuming you work as a research assistant, you can build the whole radar (detailed circuit design), take it out for field measurements, and process the data.
