Good Universities offering Ph.D in RF and Antennas

I have finished my M.E. in communication with specialisation in RF and Microwaves and continuing research for the past 2 years
i am looking for some good universities which work in the area of RF and Microwaves in Europe and U.S.A.
i have a GRE of 1200 and Toefl of 278.

can anybody sugest me good universities and professors

Jennifer Bernhard at the University of Illinois Champaign-Urbana is an excellent professor in this area. Here's an interview with her on the EE website of the university:

Most of the other professors in the electromagnetics department at UIUC focus on figuring out better algorithms for computations, but Prof. Bernhard's group does more passive circuit design. I have had her in class and she is an all around great person.
