An integrated phase error is 2 deg from 10KHz to 10MHz, and an integrated
phase noise is 35dBc. What's the realtion between this two parameters?
How to derive one of it from the other one?
phase noise is 35dBc. What's the realtion between this two parameters?

Integrated Phase Noise:
Lint=integ(Vn^2) in bandwidth
Lint_dBc=10LOG(Lint) + 3 (+3 depends if you are considering single sideband or double sideband)
degrms=sqrt(2Lint)*180/pi
I hope it can help.
Max
Vn^2 is noise power supposedly, and it's integrated over bandwidth.
But what I can't figure out is the last equation. sqrt(2Lint) should be the noise
voltage, why sqrt(2Lint)*180/pi is degree?
