Microchips KEELOQ Devices

Hi,
Has any one got any information on using Microchip's KEELOQ Devices,
espically the HCS410 Evaluation Kit Base Station.

Anybody interested in these devices?
How can we design a secure remote control for a garage door of a car alarm?
