rf transmitter ecg

i am making wireless ECG . i have completed input and amplifying the signal without noise its good but what i do next to transmit it , i have search many rf IF vcos but which one will be good for singal channel data for 200 or 300 meters or else plz help email freehand84@yahoo.com

u can use the singal to modulate the VCO and then u get FM signal , then in reciver u need FM demodulator to extract the signal

or u better convert the signal into digital data by DAC , anf then send it using ISM band chip TX , RX , the digital modulation can be FSK , ASK

there are many RF chips working in ISM band , check ti , and analog devices , and maxim
