Can I use Sonnet to simulate CP Patch Antenna? Please HELP

If I am going to use Sonnet to design the CP patch antenna for GPS.... Does Sonnet able to simulate Axial Ratio for CP antenna Design?

You can plot the Ludwig-3 definition of co- and cross-polarization. In the pattern viewer select Graph->Polarization... The antenna pattern viewer is an optional feature.
