How to connect rf circuit with pic circuit?

I want to connect my rf circuit to pic circuit (16f84) using rs232 but i dont know how...help me.

Thanks for the help... but what i realy need is how we can connect a rf circuit to miro c circuit... does it need other interface?..

Thanks... it really help... erm actually in in the middle of creating a small project, smart home via internet ( based on rf ). Do u have any link or idea about my project? This project will involve 3 stage that is internet connect to rf circuit than the rf will transmit data to receiver. From this receive the data will be used by the micro c circuit to control home appliance. I am plan to use asp.net for the webpage design.
