Can ads's project be imported into RFDE?

Does anyone know if ads's project(including layout&sch&display files) can be imported into RFDE. I am really tired to redraw that many circuits especially the layouts~~~. thanks ~_~,
Besides because I am familiar with ads,so when I turn into RFIC/MMIC's study,I chose RFDE,but I see many guys use spectraRF or other tools like hspiceRF...., and other design flow to construct RF circuits,what I wanna know is which flow is more popular? i.e. be supported by more foundry?.
