Antenna Project Conductor loop

I'm a undergraduated electrical engineering student and I was reading the antennas chapter in the RFID Hand Book(Klaus Finkenzeller) and it provides equation L=N2μ0Rln(2R/D) to calculate the inductance of a conductor loop that is used as an antenna. But the book also says that I must respect the relation d/D<0,0001, that 'd' is the diameter of the wire and 'D' is the diameter of the condutor coil. I'm developing a project that I should build a D=2cm antenna with L=3mH but I can not respect the relation d/D because. Is there any other inductance equantion for a conducot loop that I can use to design my antenna?
These equations work very well:
