Grounds in Rectifier

Good Morning,
silly question here.

In this RF rectifier, PORT1 corresponds to an antenna to harvest energy from ambient. Are, the antenna ground (green) and the rectifier ground (red), the same? I mean in a PCB i have to connect this two grounds?

I'm guessing that for the simulation I don't even have to put the antenna ground. But I'm not sure.

All ground symbols are connecting to the same circuit node. Using both grounds doesn't seem reasonable, but it's your job to draw the simulation circuit corresponding to the real hardware.
