Does RFID systems in contact with the Computers.
i mean, Do I need to use a computer in a RFID project?
and if I do, Why? and How?
can you give an example or an idea?

RFID is used for asset identification and tracking, it consists of RFID transponder and RFID reader. RFID transponders are used to store the identification information and they transmit there ID to the reader when they come in reader's vicinity.
Whether you need a PC or not depends on your application, If you application is more complex and you want to integrate it with database and inventory tracking system you will need a PC. If your application's only purpose is to record in and out time, or keeping a log etc, your reader can be developed to perform this work on its own without a PC.
Modern RFID systems are intended to connect with computer databases or Info. systems. You will need interfacing software for that, most of the time it is provided by the RFID company who deploys the system
